What's the "No Excuses" Challenge?

An easy way for you to truly commit to your fitness resolution!

Excuses, excuses! We’ve heard them all! Here’s your chance to really challenge yourself in fitness – whether it’s muscle gain or body fat % loss we have a challenge just for you.  Keep with your New Year’s fitness resolution and throw your excuses out the window. This twelve week challenge will have you feeling your absolute best by the end. SO, start the new year off right and challenge yourself in the No Excuses Challenge! 

When is it: Starts on January 29th and runs until April 22nd

How much is it to participate?

$99 Participation fee includes:

  •  InBody Scan (must be during start week) Click Here to watch how the InBody Works!
  •  Initial 50-minute consultation with Personal Trainer to review InBody results
  •  Mid-point (6 weeks) check-in with trainer – 30 min (includes InBody scan)
  •  Final InBody Scan (must be in final week on exact day or prior day)
NOTE: The InBody Machine will also help us determine the winner because of the InBody's accuracy and consistency when it comes to measuring the percentages of muscle gain and body fat % loss among members based on your specific body type. Therefore, your measurements in comparison to other members will be easily comparable and will give us the most accurate data when determining the winner.

PRIZES:

  •  There will be 1 winner for each qualifier in age, male/female and category for Gold's Gym Northwest (20 Winners).  Those winners will receive $500 OR can opt for 15 50-minute sessions with a trainer.
  •  From the 20 winners – one overall Male/Female winner in each category (body fat % loss/muscle-gain) will be chosen.  They will receive an additional $1000. (4 Winners)
